DUTCHESS COUNTY RAIL TRAIL
The Dutchess County Rail Trail will bring commerce into the county and will open residents and visitors to a new appreciation of the beauty in our own backyard. However, because of the increased human traffic in these relatively unspoiled areas, the environment will also suffer. Please discuss the both the positive and negative aspects of this issue.
